What We Do

Our Services

Everything ArtsFarmington can do for you in Farmington and the surrounding ME area.

Concert Series

Local and world-class live performances throughout the year at the historic Nordica Auditorium and other Western Maine venues.

Spring and Fall seasons feature classical chamber music, string quartets, jazz ensembles, and special guest artists. Tickets are intentionally affordable โ€” typically $15-$25 for adults, free for youth 18 and under.

Arts Inspire Youth

Every young person in the greater Farmington area can attend ArtsFarmington events free of charge through our Arts Inspire Youth initiative.

Youth 18 and under receive complimentary admission to all ArtsFarmington programming. Just request free tickets when purchasing online or at the door. Made possible by The Onion Foundation, Maine Community Foundation, Franklin Savings Bank, and The Buttonwood Trio.

Water Bear Confabulum

Our annual fall visual arts gathering โ€” a celebration of regional artists, makers, and creators built around the Tardigrade as a symbol of resilience and curiosity.

The Confabulum brings together painters, sculptors, illustrators, and mixed-media artists from across Western Maine for a community-built visual arts experience that reflects the region's creative spirit.

Multi-Venue Programming

Performances at the historic Nordica Auditorium, Emery Community Arts Center, Farmington Public Library, and the Nordica Homestead Museum.

Each venue brings its own character to the experience โ€” from the resonant acoustics of Nordica Auditorium to the intimate scale of the Homestead Museum. We choose the room to fit the music.

Membership Program

Members are the foundation of ArtsFarmington โ€” keeping ticket prices low and making free youth access possible.

Eight membership tiers from $20 individual through $500+ Business Season Sponsor. Members are recognized in every event program (or remain anonymous on request).

Community Partnerships

Affiliated with the University of Maine at Farmington and sustained by partnerships with local businesses, foundations, and community organizations.

Season sponsors include Franklin Savings Bank and The Buttonwood Trio. Grant support from The Onion Foundation and Maine Community Foundation makes our youth and outreach programs possible.
